Open Loyalty card in the dashboard. The page holds just two fields and Save.
How many stamps? Stamps to earn the reward accepts 2 up to 50, and a card you never touch asks for 10. Work back from your best regulars. A tradie who buys a pie and a sausage roll every weekday morning fills a card of 10 in a fortnight. A family who buys one sourdough every Saturday would wait ten weeks for the same card, so 6 or 8 keeps them keen. A cake shop whose customers come in monthly might settle on 5.
Then the treat itself, in 200 characters at most. Write it the way you say it over the counter: "your eighth loaf on us", "a vanilla slice with your tenth pie", "half a dozen dinner rolls". The join page prints it in lower case after "Collect 10 stamps and get", with your own number in place of the 10, so read it back in that sentence before you save.
Press Save. Below the form you now have your join link, and a QR code that opens it. The QR is a plain image, so it prints from any browser at whatever size you like. A small one by the register and a bigger one on the glass of the pastry case both work. Write your stamping rule under it, such as "one stamp per visit over $8".
You can change either field later, and every member keeps their stamps.
