Sign-up asks for four things: your bakery's name as customers know it, an email address you actually check, a password of ten characters or more, and an Australian mobile. A code comes by text when you press Text me a code; put the six digits in and the account is made. The code proves the mobile is yours. It is the same check your customers pass when they join your club, so you will know exactly what they see.
If you choose Free, one more step appears: a box, left unticked, beside the marketing consent sentence. Leave it empty and Free will not start, since that consent is what Free costs. What the consent covers, and how to take it back, is all on the consent page.
Crumb and Hearth skip that box altogether. Instead, a secure Stripe page takes the card for the monthly charge, and the plan begins as soon as that is set up. Until then the dashboard asks you to finish it.
Look in your inbox for our welcome email: its link opens a page with one button, Confirm my email, which works when you are already signed in. Sign-in links and the notice of a password change go only to a confirmed address, so do it before tomorrow's first bake.
That done, head to Loyalty card and set the deal.
