Pricing

Free for fifty members on a marketing consent. Crumb or Hearth as the club grows.

Every price here is in Australian dollars and comes off a card once a month, and you can stop in any month. No GST is added, because the business is not registered for it. On Free, fifty members get the full card for a marketing consent; Crumb and Hearth make room for a longer queue and bring campaigns with them.

Pricing questions

Is there a trial of Crumb or Hearth?

No trial is needed. Start on Free, which runs on a marketing consent, use the card for real, and move up when the club passes fifty or you want to send news. Everyone in the club, and every stamp, moves up with you.

On Free, with the consent ticked, what happens at fifty members?

Number fifty-one sees a note that the club is full for now, and no detail of theirs is kept. Your fifty members keep stamping. Move to Crumb and the page opens again.

Is GST added?

No. We are not registered for GST, so what you see here is exactly what comes off the card. Each month's invoice is on Billing if your bookkeeper asks.

How do I pay?

Stripe charges your card for each month before it begins. Card details go on a Stripe page and never pass through Daily Loaf. Swap to a different card on Billing at any time.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing and press "Cancel at period end". The month you have already paid for runs to its end, and no more charges follow. Then the account goes on pause, members and stamps intact, until you pick a plan again.

Can I move from Crumb to Hearth before Easter?

Yes, any day, hot cross bun season included. While signed in, go to Pricing, pick "Move to" under Hearth and confirm with "Continue". The card already on file carries the new price, the part-month difference is settled at once, and Billing catches up within a minute.

Do unused campaign messages roll over?

No. Each month's allowance belongs to that calendar month, Melbourne time, and a new one starts on the first.

Does a paid plan lift my bakery on Bakebound?

No. Bakebound ranks bakeries by their number of Google reviews, and no plan buys a listing, a rank, a badge or anything else there.

What happens to the club's stamps if my card is declined?

Nothing is lost. We keep retrying with the plan still running, the dashboard prompts you for a new card, and the amount owing comes off as soon as it is saved. If the plan ends, everything is kept until you pick one again.

Stand the QR by the bread rack this week

Writing the card takes a couple of minutes. The first fifty members cost no money, only a marketing consent, and the card works in full from the first morning.
