Plans, moving up and cancelling

Free on a marketing consent, Crumb and Hearth, how to move between them, how to cancel, and what happens to a failed payment.

Free asks for no card. You pay for it with the marketing consent you tick when signing up. It holds 50 members and runs the whole card, join page, QR and reward codes, but sends no campaigns.

Crumb is $23 a month. Up to 450 members and 450 campaign messages a month, by email to members who confirmed an address. No marketing consent.

Hearth is $64 a month and puts no cap on members. It allows 650 campaign messages a month, sent by email or by text from a sending number of your bakery's own that the plan includes. No marketing consent.

Prices are in Australian dollars. There is no GST on top, since the business is not registered for it, so the price on the page is what leaves your account. Crumb and Hearth are charged to your card through Stripe, a month at a time in advance.

Moving up. While signed in, go to Pricing and press Move to under the plan you are after. From Free, where the consent is the price, you go on to a Stripe card page. Between Crumb and Hearth, press Continue and the card on file is used, with the difference for the month settled straight away. Members, stamps and codes come with you in every direction.

Cancelling. The button is Cancel at period end, on Billing. The plan runs to the end of the month already covered, then the account is paused until you choose a plan again. Every member, stamp and code is kept.

A failed payment. The plan stays on while we retry, every dashboard page shows a notice, and Update card under Payment method fixes it; the overdue amount is taken as soon as the new card is saved. Every invoice sits on Billing with a View link beside it.

No plan has anything to do with your bakery's place on Bakebound.
