Each press of Stamp on a member's row adds exactly one stamp. Daily Loaf never sees the sale, the amount or what went in the bag. What earns a press is your rule, and your staff apply it.
Two rules suit almost every bakery. Per item: a stamp for every loaf, every pie, every box of six. It fills quickly and suits things people buy in multiples. Per visit: one stamp each visit, or each visit over a set spend such as $8. It is fairer when baskets vary and quicker when the queue is out the door, because the only question is whether they bought something.
Choose one and print it under the QR in words you can say in one breath. Staff who have to stop and wonder whether a coffee counts during the rush simply stop stamping.
If someone presses twice by mistake, the member has an extra stamp. There is no undo in the dashboard. Email hello@bakebound.com.au with the member's name or mobile and roughly when it happened, and we will take it off. A stamp above the target when a card fills rolls into the next card, so nothing is lost either way.
