Members lists your club newest first. Along each row: a first name, or the mobile when no name was given; the stamps so far; any reward codes sitting under Rewards waiting; the joining date; and Stamp at the end. Anyone who has stopped messages carries an opted-out mark, yet stays in the list and goes on collecting stamps.
At the counter, ask for a first name or the mobile, type it into Find a member and press Search. Any part of a first name finds it, and so does any run of three or more digits from the mobile, spaces or not. If nothing comes up, the page says so, and the last few digits of the mobile usually do the trick. Show everyone returns the full list, 100 members to a page, newest first, with a total and Newer and Older links. Keep the page open on whichever device sits closest to the register.
The page works on any device signed in to your account: a phone propped against the till, the till computer, a tablet on the bench beside the scales. Two people can stamp on two devices during the 7 am rush. Each press is recorded one at a time, so two presses are two stamps and a full card never makes two codes.
What the page will not do: add a member, change a number, delete someone, export the list or show when someone last came in. Joining and leaving are always the member's own doing. For a removal, send hello@bakebound.com.au the name or mobile exactly as it appears on the row.
