Campaigns come with Crumb and Hearth. On Crumb they go by email. On Hearth they go by email or by text from your own number.
Open Campaigns. Under Send by, choose Email. Write a subject, which becomes the subject line, then the message itself, up to 5,000 characters. Say one thing well: "Rye is back from Thursday, and members get first pick of the seeded loaves before nine." Press Save draft.
Your draft drops into the list underneath, carrying a Send now button. There is no test send to yourself, so read it there, twice, checking the price, the day and the time. When you are happy, press Send now and answer yes when it checks you mean the whole club.
It reaches every member who gave an email when they joined, confirmed it from our link, and has not opted out. Members without a confirmed address are not emailed, and opted-out members are skipped without exception.
You do not need to add an unsubscribe line. Every email footer tells the member why they are getting it and gives them their own link to stop, every time.
Once it has gone, the campaign shows as sent with the number delivered. Replies other than an opt-out are not shown in the dashboard, so if you want cake enquiries, put your phone number in the message.
